Description: Enjoy a beautiful view of mountain living from this rugged timber frame one bedroom condo located in Chalakee, within Echota Resorts. This condo features a covered front entry and rear deck with an amazing Mountain view. The view can be admired from the deck or from the large picture windows in the open kitchen and living room areas. The kitchen features custom kitchen cabinetry, granite countertops, hardwood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. It is fully equipped with everything to prepare a meal inside or outside on the built-in-gas grill. The living room is cozy and inviting with a cultured stone gas fireplace, hardwood floors, comfortable furniture and a TV. Stay for a weekend to relax or an extended period and enjoy all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the bottom floor (downstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only.

The directions to the property are horrible. There are multiple ways to get to the unit. I used my GPS and it took me right there, but when I tried to follow the directions sent it was a mess! You need to clarify that there are multiple entrances and in the unit you need to have a large printout of the map just pulling it up on your phone is ridiculous. It is so small with all the turns and everything. It's very hard to follow! My friend recommended this property who have stayed here in the past they agre

Was nearly ideal. Master bedroom should have a traditional curtain to block out the outside light that remains on all night. Also would provide privacy during the day. The blinds give the illusion that anybody can see thru the window. Was nearly ideal

Might be a slow leak under kitchen sink either from disposal or drain pipe. Property seemed to be well appointed. Enjoyed no contact check in and check out. Rates and fees keep going up. We have been coming for years but will probably have to reconsider a new vacation spot if they keep going up especially all the added fees.

Beautiful property and unit. We enjoyed our stay very much. Only one area of concern was outdoor stairway was wet in each morning, and was very slick when wet and even when dry. I told the office personnel at the time I checked out.

View was nice. Accommodations were well appointed and bed was very comfy. Condo had everything we needed for the weekend. There was a weird odor, not sure if it was a cleaner/disenfectant, smelled vaguely like wet dog, although vrbo listing said no pets allowed. It was creepy they had a 360 degree camera on deck that could also see inside. Because of this we will not consider this rental in future.

I can only give this rental a 4 star because the bed was way too hard and way too high off the floor. My wife and I had to climb up into it. I was worried the one night we tried to sleep in it, that she would fall off and break an arm or bust her head. We slept in the wall bed which was surprisingly comfortable. Everything thing else was fine and well maintained and a decent mt. view. Thanks for letting us stay at Foscoe, we will be back to one of our usual rentals there.

Visited over the Memorial Day weekend and for the rest of the week afterwards. Ice maker broken. Rental agency did send over a bag of ice in the meantime. Freezer did not keep the food frozen, so it needs repair, too. Batteries were dead on the outdoor grill ignition. We couldn't grill the first night because of it. Fireplace worked one night and then the second night it went out and it would not ignite. Best swim day, the parking lot of the outdoor pool was closed, so we couldn't park or swim. In

Very nice condo. Well stocked (needed shampoo) but otherwise we only needed a little food to prepare. They have two coffee makers so we bought Kuerig pods for our preference. We chose this unit for the view as we are moving into a unit being built at The Summit with same Mountain View. Enjoyed our stay.

We got to our condo after hours at around 10:30 PM. When we made it into our unit, it was freezing! Thermostat read in the 40s inside. Took well into the night to get it up to a comfortable level. We were able to use the gas logs for heat while in the living room. It was too cold for my 1 year old. Everything else was wonderful. I'm just not sure that the heat was working properly or if setting the thermostat down to 60 when leaving is a good idea.

Great property. I recommend updating the description of coffee maker to make it clear it is a Keurig vice a coffee pot with filters. Current instructions state to bring filters for coffee.
