We loved this property! The views were stellar and the location was wonderful. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and well appointed. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. One nite I highly recommend purchasing a knife sharpener. The chef knives are dull. Dull knives are incredibly dangerous.

Lovely unit, I enjoyed very much, A couple of comments, I would be nice to have one of those thermometers you put in the outside of the windows looking in, The TV set in the living room is on its way out, needs a new one.
Curios as why no shades on the living room windows.
By the way the balcony door lock does not looks the door.

C512 was a fine place to rest after a long enjoyable day.
Adequately comfortable and had virtually anything we needed. The last time I stayed there the Refrigerator filter needed changing. It still needs changing.
The outside Gas Grill has 2 overhead lights. 1 has burned out and the other is very dull at this point.
It would be nice to have that operational as we use the Grill every visit.
Otherwise, everything is most accommodating.

We absolutely love this property. Have stayed there multiple times.
Only issue is that there needs to be a new rug in living room.
The current rug sheds fibers like crazy. We had to buy a lint roller and sweep multiple times a day
As much as we love this unit, we won't book it again until there is a new rug.

Very well maintained, beautifully kept. Everything was perfect except for 2 small details.
The master bath drain was slow (possibly blocked) and the grill counter areas was not wiped down (lots of dust)

The master shower needs a DEEP cleaning with bleach. The grout is very mildewy. The cleaning lady came back to clean while we were there and was very sweet. Other than the dirty shower, we loved our stay! PLEASE clean the shower, so we can go back to this unit! :)

If I could make a suggestion
Can you consider doing something to make the stairway a little safer? I have a depth perception problem. The monochromatic stairs were hard for me to distinguish as I went down. This was especially the case when it was sunny and I was carrying things. Can you please consider adding strips to the end of each stair to make it easier for people with eyesight challenges?

We love our townhouse in N Carolina.. it's was beautiful, well maintained & had an amazing view. The patio grill was awesome to have & we enjoyed having a yard in the back. The only complaint we had was the living room couch, it was small & uncomfortable. Impossible for all of us to watch a movie together in comfort.. we had to move the coffee table & lay down a blanket to be together. The property was beautiful and the view was fantastic! The lighting needs to be much better and brighter by the sofa and in the master bedroom. Maybe overhead lights might help. The lamp beside the sofa was not bright enough to read by and the lights beside the bed were so dim, I could not read in bed. Other than this issue, everything was very nice.

We enjoyed staying there. They might need to soften some of the furniture and accessories to make it more Mountain friendly. It's nice but industrial feeling. Also need some directions on using the TV.

Beautiful property, very tastefully decorated and very clean.The kitchen was very well stocked, with new pots and pans, nice dishes and glasses. Maybe a few wine glasses would be nice.
