The open floor concept has a spacious 1669 square feet. Mountain views can be admired from the open kitchen, living and dining room areas as well as the primary bedroom. The kitchen boasts custom cabinetry and is equipped with everything to prepare a meal. Enjoy a meal at the dining room table, play cards or put a puzzle together. Cozy up in the living room in front of the gas log fireplace or enjoy your favorite movie. The choices are yours! The large 19 ft wide covered concrete deck is a place to gather with friends or enjoy a quiet afternoon enjoying the wonders of nature and the breathtaking mountain view. The spacious primary bedroom and bathroom suite offers a luxurious experience and access to the deck area as well as the living room. The guest bedrooms also have bathrooms offering privacy for each guest. Come for a short weekend or enjoy an extended stay and explore all the High Country has to offer. This condo is on the bottom floor (downstairs) with an elevator. In case of power outages or elevator equipment malfunctions, the condo will be stair access only.

The condo was terrific with lots of room. The three bathrooms are a plus. We were in level one and using the elevator was a plus. The magnificent views from the condo were spectacular. I must admit I was nervous driving down the windy roads with some snow but after 9:30 the roads were always salted. My son, 2 small grandkids and his and skied at Sugar mountain and enjoyed it

Gorgeous view, cozy, and well equipped kitchen. The only negatives were that the queen bed was very uncomfortable and needs to be replaced. It sinks in the middle and did not make for a very good night's rest. Also, another friend noted that the twin bed was not comfortable either. In addition There were a couple of small black bugs in the sink and in one of the towels upon arrival in one of the guests. bathrooms. Overall very happy with our stay.

It was perfectly lovely! One note to the owners.....the left top trim on the spread is beginning to tear from the spread. It would not take a minute to repair if someone had a sewing machine.
Also mold is beginning to have a foothold in the master bath. We loved our time there.
One more note: a small toaster oven would be nice. Also we LOVED your book selection.

The king bed in the master was comfortable but the bed was so high that it required a bit of maneuvering to get our old bodies into the mattress!! Maybe a step stool by the bed to help with that??? But that may be a potential hazard getting off the bed. Only thing missing in the kitchen was a hard cutting board. The deck chair cushions that we found in the master closet were quite thin when we sat on them. Maybe replacements? We had brought our deck chair cushions as the metal chairs can be a bit hard

Very nice unit. Our one complaint is that the television in the family room lost signal constantlyfive minutes on, five minutes off. We gave up on it, and watched the television in the master bedroom, which was fine. You might want to check the connection on the family room tv.

The only thing that we did not like about this place is there were only 3 bath towels in the place for 6 people. And we stayed for 2 days. So, it was definitely not enough. But, other than that that would be our only complaint. The place was beautiful!

The TV's were old and were not smart TV's. I had to order an Amazon Firestick so we could watch Amazon and Netflix.
The light fixtures had dim bulbs. We went to Walmarts and bought brighter lights.

Very nice place to stay and we were very satisfied! My only complaint is that they ask for the dishwasher to be run, dried, and dishes put up. That's hard when check-out is at 10 AM.

5 lights were burned out in the living room and hallway and the first day all we did was go around fixing light bulbs and getting replacements. All the hanging kitchen lights were out and this took us a while to fix because they wouldn't go back together easily. I DON'T expect to have to do maintenance on my vacation. It was the weekend so maintenance was not available. This really should be checked before someone moves in.

Very nice condo, including the swing on the deck. A significant problem was that the bed in the master bedroom had a mattress that was too high off the floor for my wife and due to medical issues, she could not get onto or out of the bed without assistance, and we had to move to the bedroom with the queen bed. That then resulted in her having to use a shower in one of the other rooms since due to medical conditions, she cannot step over into a tub, which was in the room with the queen bed.
