very nicely maintained. Comfortable and ideal for three couples. Lots of room, lovely to have two decks, and the view was stunning.

The property was great. The outdoor pool was a disappointment this time due to the fact that the hot tub was not working the entire time we were there. Also relative to the outside pool it is unsafe that the only way to exit the outdoor pool is with a key fob. I understand the need for a fob to get into the pool, but you should be able to exit in case of emergency without having to use a fob. The indoor pool operates like this. For the indoor pool you enter with a fob but the door unlocks from the insi

The unit was listed as sleeps up to 8 people. This would have been true had the sleeper sofa been functional. We called and left a message. A young man,who said he was in sales but was filling in on a Saturday morning, examined the sleeper sofa and said he couldn't fix it. No one else responded regarding the sofa during the rest of our stay. We made do as our 13-year old grandson slept on the sofa (not converted to a sleeper). Our son and his 4 kids stayed 3 nights: Friday through Sunday. I assume you'll ha

The primary bedroom mattress needs to be replaced. It makes a loud noise as you roll over and is particularly uncomfortable on the right side. Also the unit needs new more supportive pillows.

This was a fantastic property. Clean, spacious, comfortable. We enjoyed eating outdoors on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful views of Grandfather mountain. It had plenty of room for our family of 5 to stretch out. Had everything we needed for cooking meals. Master bed was a little saggy but this was not a deal breaker.

The property was great and we really enjoyed it! The only issues we had were with the downstairs - the heat registers are very touchy and it requires a lot of adjustments (we had some very cold and hot nights). Perhaps provide some specific directions for using it or maybe some marks on the dial to indicate a good temperature? Also, I would suggest that the owners consider a new mattress/box spring for the downstairs guest room. The bed makes a very loud crunching sound every time you move and it all sags i

I had selected this property because we were traveling with 3 kids (our son + 2 of his friends) and we wanted a bedroom that would accommodate all three in one room. This unit had a bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out sofa. Perfect set-up; however, the pull-out sofa was SO uncomfortable! We tried to use an extra blanket/comforter to soften it, but it was still really bad.

Mattresses were very disappointing. The attempt to put additional padding on the beds helped but both mattresses and box springs need to be replaced. We would likely rent this home again, but not if the mattresses have not been replaced.

We stayed in a beautiful condo.....with great views and amenities. We were not disappointed and we would not hesitate to stay in this community again and book with Foscoe Realty. We had a wonderful time!

One of the main reasons we reserved a condo at Echota was the Nature Conservancy. Boy, what a disappointment. We scheduled an afternoon at the park, drove down the road and almost ruined our car! The parking lot was a large gravel pit with massive holes! We couldn't even find a way to turn around without hitting numerous potholes! Also, the parking lot was packed with locals. We were so disappointed!

The only issue we had was the sleeper sofa. We had all intentions for one couple (my husband and myself) to sleep on the sleeper sofa. It was horrible! Ben had to sleep in the middle of the bed sideways and I slept with my son. But other than that - the place was amazing. We had so much fun!

The kitchen had an "ancient" toaster. Coffee maker needs to be updated. Coffee in the mountains is a constant theme and it was difficult to get a quick cup of coffee, as the one there was basic and very slow to brew. The beds really need to be upgraded. At the rental price of $1350. the bedding should be first class. Mid level mattresses at best.
